• Bring in mail and newspapers.
• Insure yard care services are being performed.
• Visually inspect interior walls, ceiling and floors.
• Run water through all taps and faucets.
• Inspect under sinks.
• Flush all toilets.
• Insure all utilities are functioning.
• Insure interior cleaning services are being performed.
• Water indoor plants (up to 10).
• Check all windows and doors to make sure they are locked and secure.
