Prior to you or your guest's arrival, we can arrange for your home to be professionally cleaned and set-up. This includes all beds made, towels set out, hot water turned up, thermostat adjusted, specified groceries placed in your refrigerator and patio furniture set-up.

Home Departure Package After you or your guests depart, we can arrange for a thorough cleaning. This includes collecting and laundering all towels and linens (beds will be left unmade), patio furniture will be properly stored, hot water will be turned to vacation mode, thermostat will be adjusted to vacation mode, refrigerator will be cleaned out, verify that all electronics have been unplugged, verify all appliances are turned off and verify that water has been turned off to the clothes washer. Finally, your property will be checked to ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
